Short, because there is not much to say. Using the site means you accept these.
What this is
Bulgariavision is an independent fan publication about the Eurovision Song Contest, run from Bulgaria. It tracks which countries take part in Eurovision 2027, keeps a record of every contest since 1956, and publishes articles, cards and games around the season. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the European Broadcasting Union, Bulgarian National Television, the City of Burgas or any broadcaster. “Eurovision” and “Eurovision Song Contest” are trade marks of the EBU and are used here to refer to the event.
Whose content this is
The tracker, the archive, the calendar, the articles and the artwork are ours. Where the site quotes another publication it quotes a headline, names the outlet and links to it; the article behind the link belongs to that outlet and is never copied here. Facts are not anyone's property, and a fact stated here with a source is offered for anyone to check and reuse with a link back.
The copy on this site is written by the Bulgariavision desk, and some of it is assembled by our own software from data the desk has checked. Either way the desk reads it before it is published and takes responsibility for it. It can still be wrong, and when it is we correct it in the open.
What we ask of you
- Link to a page rather than republishing it. Short quotes with a link are welcome.
- Do not scrape the site at a rate that costs other readers their page. The feeds at /rss.xml and the JSON endpoints exist for machines — use those.
- The polls are one vote per person. They are content, not evidence, and they say so.
What we are not
Not a ticket seller, not a travel agent, not a bookmaker, and not the official source for anything. Dates, venues and rules are stated here with how sure we are of them, and a date marked “usually” or “provisional” is exactly that. For the official word, the EBU and the host broadcaster publish it themselves, and we link to them when they do.
Other sites
Links out lead to sites we do not control. We link to them because they are the source of something, not because we vouch for everything on them.
If we get it wrong
We correct visibly. A retracted wire post stays on the page, struck through, with the correction beside it; an article that changes says so at the top; the corrections page lists what was changed and when. Nothing is deleted quietly. If you have spotted an error, write to desk@bulgariavision.com with a link to the source and we will look the same day.
The paid things
The site is free to read. It may carry advertising in marked positions; an advertiser never sees a page before it is published and never influences what the tracker says. We do not sell your data and we do not run affiliate ticket links.
As it is
The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it is always up or always right. We try hard on both; the methodology page explains how. We are not liable for a decision you take on the strength of a page here — check the source we link before you book a flight.
Changes and law
These terms may change; the date below moves when they do. Bulgarian law applies, and the courts of the Republic of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. Privacy is covered separately on the privacy page.
